The reporter learned that long-distance single-section cables require relatively flat terrain and straight paths. The tunnel between the G1-G6 wells of the project is the only long-distance horizontal section of the project, the distance between the two top tube wells on both sides of the firewall is 1760 meters, and each side has reserved about 30 meters of space to make joints, thus customizing this special cable of 1715 meters long.
In order to guarantee the transmission of this special cable into the tunnel, State Grid Hangzhou Power Supply Company customized a cable tray with a diameter of 7.8 meters, transported the cable tray with a total weight of more than 90 tons through special flatbed trucks, and formulated a special cable tray lifting plan, using two cranes to work together synchronously.
